I am a UX researcher and product strategist operating at the intersection of business and design, dedicated to creating compelling offerings, envisioning engaging experiences, and developing innovative processes. My approach to developing innovative solutions starts with a deep understanding of the problem space through empathy and the context in which users live, work, and play.
For over a decade at Doblin I honed my skills in human-centered design, employing a systems thinking approach to address complex problems through design methodologies. I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams of design researchers, strategists, engineers, and social scientists to drive innovative solutions.
After my tenure at Doblin, I transitioned to corporate innovation teams at Grainger and PNC Financial Services. At Grainger, I led the development of the Grainger Innovation Lab, a collaborative co-creation space for developing future-state products and services. For the past five years, I have been part of the Treasury Management Innovation team at PNC, focusing on new products and services related to payments, financial wellness, and consumer financing. Most recently, I led the team that launched a groundbreaking version of PINACLE® Cash Forecasting, utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to predict future cash flows for corporate clients.
